01 Acceptance of Terms

These Terms and Conditions ("Terms") constitute a legally binding agreement between you ("Player," "User," or "you") and phcash.com ("the Platform," "we," "us," or "our") governing your access to and use of the phcash.com online gaming platform, including all games, features, promotions, and services made available through the website at phcashcom.org and any associated mobile-optimized interfaces.

phcash.com reserves the right to request documentary proof of age and identity at any time. Failure to provide satisfactory verification documents within the timeframe specified by phcash.com may result in account suspension and withholding of pending withdrawals pending verification.

03 Account Registration

Each player is permitted to hold only one (1) active account on phcash.com. The creation of multiple accounts by a single individual — whether using the same or different personal details, payment methods, or devices — is strictly prohibited and constitutes a material breach of these Terms.

When registering, you agree to provide accurate, complete, and current information including your full legal name, date of birth, Philippine mobile number, and a valid email address. You are obligated to update your account information promptly if any details change.

• You must not share your login credentials with any third party, including family members.
• All activity conducted through your account is your responsibility, whether or not you authorized it.

phcash.com reserves the right to refuse registration, suspend, or permanently close any account at its sole discretion, including where it suspects that the eligibility requirements have not been met or that false information has been provided during registration.

04 Deposits & Withdrawals

phcash.com accepts deposits via GCash, PayMaya (Maya), and major Philippine bank transfers (BPI, BDO, Metrobank, UnionBank, Landbank, PNB, Security Bank) and debit cards. The minimum deposit amount is ₱100. All deposits must be made from payment accounts registered in your own name — third-party deposits are not permitted.

• Deposits are generally credited to your phcash.com account within minutes of successful payment confirmation.
• phcash.com does not accept deposits via cryptocurrency, credit cards, or any other payment method not listed above.
• Withdrawal requests are processed to the same payment method used for the most recent deposit, subject to verification requirements.
• A minimum withdrawal amount applies and is displayed in your account dashboard at the time of the request.
• phcash.com reserves the right to request supporting documentation before processing any withdrawal, in compliance with Philippine anti-money laundering regulations.
• Withdrawals to GCash and PayMaya are typically processed within 20 minutes of approval. Bank transfer withdrawals may take one to three business days depending on the receiving institution.

05 Bonuses & Promotions

phcash.com offers various bonuses and promotional incentives to eligible players from time to time. All bonuses are subject to the specific terms and wagering requirements stated in the individual promotion at the time it is offered. The following general conditions apply to all phcash.com bonuses unless otherwise stated:

• Bonuses are available to players who have completed identity verification and are in good standing on the platform.
• Bonus funds must be wagered the specified number of times before any associated winnings can be withdrawn.
• phcash.com reserves the right to modify, suspend, or withdraw any promotion at any time without prior notice.

07 Prohibited Conduct

The following conduct is strictly prohibited on the phcash.com platform. Engaging in any of the following may result in immediate account suspension, permanent termination, forfeiture of balances, and referral to relevant Philippine law enforcement authorities where applicable:

• Providing false, misleading, or fraudulent information during registration or verification.

• Attempting to reverse, charge back, or dispute legitimate transactions made on the platform.
• Harassing, threatening, or abusing phcash.com staff or other players through any communication channel.

08 Responsible Gaming

10 Limitation of Liability

In all cases, phcash.com's total aggregate liability to any player shall not exceed the total amount deposited by that player in the thirty (30) days immediately preceding the event giving rise to the claim.
